Industrial Glazing Line
Efficient glazing and decorating at high volumes
The Industrial Glazing Line applies glaze, fondant or chocolate in one smooth, consistent movement. This complete line combines speed and uniformity with minimal ingredient usage. Ideal for bakeries producing large volumes daily while keeping labour and waste to a minimum.


This production line consists of the following machines
Industrial Glaze Srayer
A fully automated spraying unit that applies an even layer of glaze or fondant. Individually adjustable nozzles and an overspray recovery system ensure clean, efficient results.
Fondant Decoration Unit
Applies clean lines or decorative patterns on top of glazed products. The nozzle movement is precisely controlled for consistent visual results.
Melting Tank
Melts and maintains the temperature of glaze or fondant. Available in various models and capacities, with stirrers and precision temperature control for consistent quality.
Transport Units
Equipped with polycord conveyors that ensure even product flow. Sensors detect where products are positioned to avoid unnecessary spraying.

This production line consists of the following machines
Donut Dipping Machine
A heated dipping unit for an even chocolate or icing layer. Adjustable in speed and depth, and easy to clean with a removable basin.
Drizzle Unit
Applies decorative lines or patterns in a consistent flow. Suitable for fondant, icing or chocolate. Adjustable nozzle configurations for different effects.
Melting Tank
Melts and maintains the temperature of glaze or fondant. Available in various models and capacities, with stirrers and precision temperature control for consistent quality.
Strewer
Distributes toppings like sprinkles, nuts or coconut evenly across each product. Operates with vibration or vacuum depending on the topping type.

Decoration starts earlier than you think
Before sprinkles or fondant stripes can adhere properly, products need to be prepared. Depending on the application, this is done using a Spraying, Dipping or Enrobing machine.
For uncoated products, the Disc Sprayer applies a thin layer of water or other adhesive to help decorations stick. If full coating is required, the Dipping Machine or Enrober applies a uniform layer of chocolate or fondant — the perfect base for decorations and premium presentation.
