Greasing and Depositing Line
In a proper industrial production facility, this line is the solution. The Release Agent Sprayer sprays a release agent on the trays; after this they are filled by a BAKON Depositor with for example, cake rusk, pound cake, muffins, cupcakes, etc.
The Release Agent Sprayer gets rid of the mess that might be created by other sprayers. The exhaust unit sucks away the mist of overspray and re-uses the fluids.
