Project Manager
As a project manager you are fully responsible for the correct and timely realization of sold projects according to the customer’s requirements and wishes. This means that you independently draw up the plan, monitor progress continuously and ensure timely delivery within set deadlines, budget and quality requirements. During the implementation of a project, you are the primary contact person and maintenance from the kick-off meeting to delivery and you have regular contact with suppliers and customers about project progress. You report to the Managing Director.
Skills & competences
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Drawing up, monitoring and realizing project (progress) planning;
- Conduct regular consultations on technical and planning issues;
- Supervising the correct execution of internal and external project activities;
- Monitoring the project budget and making adjustments where necessary;
- Maintaining regular customer contact up to and including commissioning.
Behavioral characteristics:
- HBO diploma in technology (WTB/E/AOT);
- 5 years of demonstrable and relevant experience in a similar position;
- Affinity with mechanical engineering (food/board/pastry);
- Strong communication skills, initiative-rich, technically analytical, structured, punctual, stress-resistant;
- Languages: Dutch, English and German;
- Willing to travel internationally (20%).
