PISTON DEPOSITOR
STAND-ALONE and INLINE MACHINE
The standard depositing volume is variable and is easily adjustable by means of the full colour touchscreen. Various models and options make the PISTON DEPOSITOR very suitable to use as stand-alone machine or to build or expand your production line. We offer of course customized sollutions to meet all your needs!
Various sizes of cylinders
Our PISTON DEPOSITOR is available with a wide range of cylinders. We have developed a suitable model for each product type. Removable hopper
The hopper is easily installable and removable for quick cleaning purposes or fast switching between between dirty and clean hoppers, minimizing production downtime.
Dosing bridge
The dosing bridge is able to dose at exactly the right position and at the perfect height. Whether it’s a series of marble cakes or a full layer of cream in a baking tray, cake batter or cookie dough with chocolate and nut pieces.
The dosing bridge works quickly, accurately and dripless based on the pre-entered recipes. Easy to adjust if necessary on the touch screen on the machine.
Different depositing options
The PISTON DEPOSITOR is an easy to manage and adaptable depositor for fast and precise depositing of various semi-liquid fillings. This machine is designed to easily process a great variety of products; especially suitable for depositing products with pieces, like nuts, raisins, fruit, chocolate, etc.

The GEARWHEEL DEPOSITOR is easy movable on swivel casters and is available on a C-frame and an H-frame.
WIRE CUTTING SYSTEM
To simplify the depositing of thick types of dough (like cookie dough), a WIRE CUTTING SYSTEM has been developed that ensures the depositing of the correct amount of product.
NEW PRESSING UNIT FOR SHORTCRUST PASTRY
This smart system ensures a perfect cut of your crusty pastry. Until recently, manual cutting of the shortcrust pastry was still required. Now this system ensures a fast and accurate cut all around, speeding up and streamlining production on any production line.
SAVE ON LABOR BY EXTENDING THE GEARWHEEL DEPOSITOR WITH A ROBOT OR COBOT
