BAKON offers you a number of depositing machines from which you can choose when it comes to depositing sauces or gravy. This means there is always a machine that suits your production process and desired capacity.
Sauces obviously differ in structure and thickness and the temperature at which the sauce is best processed also varies from sauce to sauce. Gravy is more liquid in most cases.
On most of our machines you can easily set via a touchscreen whether you are going to process a thicker or a more liquid sauce and at what temperature this should be done. Previously saved recipes can also be easily adjusted.
Sauces can be deposited directly onto a ready-made base, but it is of course also possible to deposit your carefully prepared sauces into a container or jar. Product loss is prevented because the exact quantity can easily be set on our machines. This also ensures a hygenical production process.
As a caterer or smaller producer, one of the depositing machines from our BD series could suit your wishes and preferences. If you want to produce larger quantities, a larger machine with a conveyor belt might be more suitable.
